Community, Family, and Student Engagement Department

Purpose: Ensure families and communities are collaborating with schools to strengthen the relationship to support student success.

We will do this by:

• Building relationships with families
• Serving as a liaison between student, home, school and community services
• Planning and providing activities that involve parents to enhance the school environment and climate
• Rockdale Youth Leadership
• Community, employee, and peer mentoring

Follow these steps to complete your 2024-25 Annual Update in RCPS Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This is required at the beginning of each school year to access RCPS laptops/devices and instructional programs online. An Annual Update is also required to update your address, phone number, emergency contacts, student health information, or other demographic information. Start by logging in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account. (For instructions on how to log in or set up an account, visit www.rockdaleschools.org/infinitecampus ) Step 1: In Parent Portal, click on the 3 lines in the top left corner and then click More. Step 2: Click Annual Updates and Registration. Step 3: Next to “24-25 School Year Annual Update,” click Start. Step 4: Click “Begin Registration.” If all the names of your currently enrolled students do not appear, please contact Student Registration. Step 5: Review the information for each student in your household making any updates necessary. NOTE: Names cannot be changed in an Annual Update. Please contact Student Registration if the name of a parent/guardian or student in your application is incorrect. Step 6: Click the red SUBMIT button. Be sure to see the “Thank you for completing Online Registration for Rockdale County Public Schools!” message. This means you’re finished!

La actualización anual 2024-25 en el portal para padres de RCPS Infinite Campus es necesaria para que cada estudiante pueda recibir una computadora portátil o iPad de RCPS y acceder a los programas de instrucción en línea.
