 Important Dates for Upcoming 6th Graders:
Golden Eagle 6th Grade Summer Camp
(for rising 6th Graders)
July 23, 2013 (9:00 AM- 1:00 PM)
The DMS 6th Grade Day Camp is a one day opportunity to actually practice being a middle schooler! You will have the chance to tour and learn about the school building, go through class changes with your future teammates, get a head start on making new friends, and working out the scariest details, like getting the locker open.

Registration: Due by July 23, 2013– Print the brochure and registration form linked here, then mail to or drop off at Davis Middle School. Pay with check or pay online using this link.

Cost:  $20 (includes lunch and tee shirt!)

6th Grade Open House
Wednesday, July 31. 4:00pm-5:30pm
First Day of School for Students
August 5, 2013
6th Grade Students: Shot Records
Over the summer, please make sure that all shots and vaccinations are taken care of. All 6th grade students will need an up-to-date shot record.  If needed, the Health Department or your doctor’s office can provide you with form 3231.  Please bring this form to Open House or to the 6th grade summer camp. There will be a table set up for all records.
