	HELP CMS TO HELP HATI - WE ARE PUTTING TOGETHER HEALTH KITS.	CMS Gives..… Health Kits for Haiti Sponsored by CMS Program Challenge and Service Learning Classes Please donate any of the following items in order to make health kits that will be shipped to Haiti. KIT CONTENTS 1 gallon-size Ziploc plastic bag 1 hand towel (15” x 25” up to 17” x 27”, no kitchen towels) 1 washcloth 1 comb (large and sturdy, not pocket-sized) 1 nail file or fingernail clippers (no emery boards or toenail clippers) 1 bath-size bar of soap (3 oz. and up) 1 toothbrush (single brushes only in original wrapper, no child-size brushes) 6 adhesive plastic strip sterile bandages At this time, these are the only items being collected. At a later date, we are going to collect clothes and shoes to send. NOTE: All items must be NEW. You can donate the entire kit in the Ziploc bag or you can donate individual items. Thank you for your support! You can make a difference. DONATIONS CAN BE DROPPED OFF AT THE PARENT CENTER WHEN YOU ENTER CMS.
	YEARBOOKS	Yearbooks are $ 25.00 this year and $3.00 for the Yearzine insert. The covers will be paperback. NO CHECKS Only Cash, Money Order or Cashier’s checks will be accepted.

	Congratulations to the Spelling Bee Winner	Congratulations to Tramanda Chavis, CMS Spelling Bee Champ. She will compete in the county bee Feb. 10. Brittany Fearon came in second. All contestants did an outstanding job!
	COLOR GUARD TRY-OUTS ARE COMING SOON	DO YOU KNOW WHAT COLOR GUARD AND WINTER GUARD ARE? They are an incredible display of flags, rifles, sabers, and dance all rolled up into one stupendous finish! CMS has a Color Guard/Winter Guard squad called the Conyers Guard Dawgs. Would you like to be a member of the Conyers Guard Dawgs? YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL BY March 25th TO TRY OUT Try-outs are March 30th - April 2nd. You need to be there for all 4 days. Check out the Color Guard Page under Athletics to learn more about what is required to be part of our elite team.
	PHYSICAL DAY - If your child needs a physical for an athletic atctivity...	Physical day will be held on April 1st and 2nd from 2-5pm in the RCHS cafeteria. The cost will be $20 for the exam. Paperwork for the physical is located in the front office or the school's website. All student-athletes must have a completed physical dated after APRIL 1st in order to participate in a sport for the next school year.
