The mission of J.H. House Elementary School, a safe and diverse family of learners where all students can achieve their highest academic and social potential, is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and qualities required to meet the challenges of a constantly changing society and world through:

J.H. House Elementary School is located in the far northern portion of Rockdale County.

The J.H. House facility provides the school and community with: adequate playground space; a gymnasium; a student-oriented media center; two computer labs;  a small guidance office; accessible facilities for handicapped; an art classroom; a music classroom; 21st century classrooms and a school cafeteria that serves a nutritious breakfast in addition to lunch each day to students, parents, faculty and staff.
